I went to see this last night, but when we got to the movie theater, it was gone! I'm disappointed because I've been a fan for years. Oh well, wound up seeing Indiana Jones instead. Kind of far-fetched, and not quite worth the $8.50 ticket price, but Harrison Ford still looks good in a fedora. ;-)

I'm really glad you enjoyed the movie... I wanted to see it whether it was good or not, simply because I love Sex and the City, but I have to see I thought it was a pretty great movie regardless. :)

Oh, and I LOVE that handbag she gave her assistant. It's impractical in the way it's carried, but I wouldn't care. I loved it. But then, I'm a huge bag whore... I don't get most of Carrie's shoes, but good lord, I love seeing all the handbags. :)

Headdress/bird thing - I totally agree.

Wedding dresses - I LOVED the first one... like, fall in love with an item of clothing loved it. The one she ended up getting I didn't like very much, and there were others that were okay and a few that were AWFUL. The short one you thought would be a good party dress (I'm guessing) was okay as a dress but NOT a wedding dress.

Oh, and I loved that dress at the beginning too. Would never wear, but she looked really gorgeous in it. That was probably my favorite outfit in the film. :)

I loooooved that they showed the dress from the show opening when she was trying on all her old dresses. What a nice little touch for people who loved the show and would catch it. :)

Anyway, it was fun and I loved the movie and it was a nice evening. :) I'm glad you came!
